Daycare
Chubby Puppy limits the number of dogs each day to provide that special attention that your dog needs. We build a relationship with your dog during their stay.
We provide climate controlled building (heat and A/C), a big dog and small dog room for the safety of your dog and others. It is a cozy home-style atmosphere with vinyl flooring and toys to chew and beds to lay on for small dogs.
Outside we have a nice long drive for running and two grassy areas for plenty of exercise.
We will be happy to feed lunch, if provided and we offer training during your dog's stay to teach them to be a better companion (at an additional cost). Featuring the CGC Ready program... ask for more information!

The Building and Play area
The building is a home style atmosphere with a big dog room, small dog room and a lower level for training and more active individuals.

With a large outdoor grassy play area which is fenced in for your pets safety.
There is wild life in the area... deer, turkeys, squirrels and groundhogs.
Please alert us if your dogs is especially excited by these sightings.

We are a Licensed Kennel by the Pennsylvania Dept Agriculture, which is required for any Daycare or Boarding Kennel. We are Inspected two times a year.

For the safety of all pets, we have to take a half day to a day to evaluate if daycare is right for any dog.

We require all inoculations - Rabies, Distemper, Parvovirus and Bordetella. Leptospirosis is suggested.
All inoculations must be obtained 2 (two) weeks prior to bring your pet the facility.
A flea preventative and heartworm that controls worms is suggested, as a result of the location being woodsy & the wildlife present.
Your pet must be free of fleas!
Provide proof of these requirements prior to the evaluation visit and all stays.

Rates
Per Day:
$28 per Day first dog
$22 for additional dog(s) (20% discount approx.)

Packages available:
10 day package - Buy 9 days get the 10th for free (10% discount). Expires after 3 months. Cost $252.00

Training while in daycare:
Training consists of Basic commands unless otherwise specified and agreed upon.
$20 for 15 minutes per day

Extra Handling fee:
This fee is for dogs that needs extra help.
$5 to $25 per day

Requirements to participate:
All Inoculations including Rabies, Bordetella, DHPP must be up to date and on file. Lymes & Canine Virus are optional
Pets must be spayed or neutered by 6 months.
All pets must go through a half day of assessment to see if they play well with others.
